Buying MMC Products
Do I have to be a business to buy from your site?
Yes. MMC does not hold the dispensary license legally required to sell directly to consumers. We sell only to properly licensed dispensaries and manufacturers. Dispensaries and manufacturers who would like to carry our products can apply by phone or through our Partner Signup Portal.

Medical Marijuana Patients
Do I have to apply for a medical marijuana card to purchase your marijuana products?
Yes. Medical Marijuana in the state of Missouri is regulated by DHSS (the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services). DHSS requires all patients to obtain a Medical Marijuana Card before you can legally use medical marijuana in the state of missouri.
How can I obtain a medical marijuana card?
From DHSS! You can find information and apply for a medical marijuana card from the Missouri DHSS website!
How much does a medical merijuana card cost?
Currently the annual fee for a medical marijuana care is $25. A fee schedule for patients can be found here on the Missouri DHSS website!
Can patients grow their own medical merijuana?
Yes! upon receipt of a patient cultivation identification card. There is an additional $100 fee to grow up to six flowering plants per patient although there are strict security guidelines that must be followed such as keeping the plants secured, provning only you have access to the securedlocation, marijuana product must be under 24/7 video surveillance with full hi-def 1080p cameras that must record at 15 frames per second and hold 60 days of video and must be accessible by DHSS remotely upon request. You are also subject to unannounced inspections by DHSS to ensure all guidelines are being met. It is important to know the full scope of what is involved when making the decision to grow your own marijuana. What conditions qualify for treatment by medical marijuana?
Many The department of health and senior services recognizes a wide range of qualifing conditions for treatment. A running list can be found on their website on the How to Apply page.
How much marijuana product can I buy at a time?
Normally up to 4 Oz. Per DHSS, "The qualifying patient’s physician may certify up to four ounces of dried, unprocessed marijuana, or its equivalent, in a 30-day period. If there is a compelling reason why the qualifying patient needs a greater amount, then the Department requires two independent physician certifications specifying what other amount the qualifying patient needs. See 19 CSR 30-95.030(5)(E) for more information."
