Becoming A Dispensary Partner
Welcom to the dispensary partner sign up portal. We're excited to start working with you! Once you've successfully signed up as a partner with us we will set you up with an online account so you can order online with our online store or by phone. Payments for orders can made on delivery or pickup.
MMC does not sell direct to consumer. In order to set up an account with us as a dispensary, please fill out the form on this page and attach the following documents in a single PDF file.
- Completed Application Form
- Photo ID of all Owners
- Photo of the Front of the Dispensary Facility
- Copy of Deed/signed lease for the facility
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Copy of Missouri Medical Marijuana Facility License
Many of these documents are required by law and we need them on file before we can process your request.
